Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

 

The Brand Marketing Manager ensures the efficient execution of business plans in order to meet future brand expectations and targets. The Brand Manager also takes part in the development of  Brand Management marketing plans. The Brand Marketing Manager ensures brand integrity by guiding efforts across multiple channels and functions. He supports the development and execution of offline/traditional, digital, and paid social advertising programs for the business.

 

The role entails the management of media campaigns from the beginning to the end and is also responsible for the execution across all media channels inclusive of TV, Radio, Digital, Print, and Paid Social. The Brand Marketing Manager reports directly to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and the Head of Brand Marketing.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English;

2. Previous experience managing and implementing a rebrand required;

3. Experience managing events from concept to delivery, and working with multiple vendors;

4. Experience in financial services and/or energy a plus;

5. Digital marketing and advertising experience required;

6. Develop and deliver evaluation reports;

7. Strong research and analytical skills;

8. Tech savvy;

9. Comfort with CRM software;

10. In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts;

11. Strong interpersonal skills;

12. A willingness to listen;

13. Ability to think creatively and innovatively;

14. Budget-management skills and proficiency;

15. Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field;

16. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges;

17. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.;

18. Previous experience in event management for corporate—bespoke events, sponsorships and other;

19. Willing and able to travel.
