JOB PURPOSE |

· To handle IT Governance aspects of APICORP · To handle IT vendor management · To handle IT policies and procedures · To handle release and change management |

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
|
|
|
· To manage all relationship with vendors including agreements, PR creation, SLAs, invoicing, and evaluation · Manage licenses and certificates · Maintain and develop policies and procedures. Insure proper implementation and awareness · Participate and contribute to effective risk management · Proper communication with relative departments on all issues pertaining to IT · Release Management: In conjunction with application and infrastructure teams, track configuration items and maintain technical documentation control · Change Requests: Ensuring that change requests are correctly administered, documented, maintained, and coordinated in a timely fashion · Ensure that IT asset data base is kept up to date by him/herself and by Application and Infrastructure teams · Maintain the IT Service Catalogue and IT Architecture · Maintain records of incidents, tests and reports as needed by management and auditors · SLAs: Help define and maintain SLAs. Provide key metrics on SLA adherence across IT · Contribute and administrative support to the effective operation of the IT department |

Skills
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS |

· A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in one of the IT related fields: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, etc. · Having 3-5 years of IT experience. Banking experience is mandatory · Having held a similar position at another institution · Having hands-on experience on ITSM software such as JIRA, BMC, Manage Engine, etc. · Having at least one professional IT Governance qualification such as ITIL, ISO 20000 |
