Job Description
To primarily contribute to the function’s overall activities directly supporting the Head of Legal and Board Coordinator. Providing practical in-house legal advice and support on a wide range of finance transactions on corporate lending transactions, project and trade finance transactions, including Islamic-related financial documents, and loan documentation. Engaging in the drafting, negotiating, and reviewing of a variety of financing documents, including; loan facility agreements, direct investment agreements, ancillary documents, corporate authority documents

Skills
- Master’s Degree in Commercial Law from a reputable university; Excellent English writing, and communications skills; fluency in Arabic is preferred.
